No! We pride ourselves on using high quality latex balloons and only use specific balloon brands. Through trial and error we have identified the brands that work best for services offered and cannot be held responsible for using outside balloons provided by clients.

Balloons Galore can provide the backdrop(s) for balloon services booked. We offer several backdrop options that can be added on as needed for an additional fee.

Yes, we can accommodate outdoor events but an outdoor fee will apply.

Yes! After the event is over Balloons Galore will return to take down and pick up any backdrops used and the balloons will be yours to keep.

We use high quality latex balloons that can stay inflated for weeks depending upon room temperature. If the balloons will be set-up in direct heat the balloons can last up to 48-72 hours.

Unfortunately, every event is unique and requires different styles, colors and designs. Therefore, balloon services cannot be placed into one packaged price.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be rescheduled, it can be rescheduled once (1) to any other available date on our calendar.
